Back from Tampa

Have arrived back from Tampa to London.  It was a real shock to the system — 28C to 5C!  Actually the thing I’ve noticed most is how crowded London is.  Tampa is very open with large 4 lane streets everywhere, with no-one walking on the streets and no public transport.  Hopping on to the train at Gatwick, it was sitting shoulder to shoulder with strangers and then standing room only after only one stop, all the way into London.We had the school christmas fair last night, which was fun.  We’ve taken a few ideas for some new stalls we could use in Alphington.I’ve managed to leave the connector for the camera somewhere in the US, so while I can take pictures, I can’t download them to the PC until the replacement cable I’ve just ordered on line arrives (hopefully this week).
