Gigantic gall stones and ice

Tim had his operation yesterday, and is feeling fine – just on Panadol for the pain. They made 4 incisions and did keyhole surgery to get 40 stones out. The two biggies were about the size of a 10cent piece, but spherical. He may be out tonight (Friday), but we’ll see how he feels during the day. I’ll smuggle the camera in to the hospital today and see if I can get a photo. The ice is out and each morning the cars, grass and plants are all covered in frost. It takes a few hours to melt as the day time temperatures are maxing at 7 degrees. Kids very excited, although today is ‘Pyjama Day’ at school and I’m having a hard time convincing them to wear clothes underneath their PJs.
