Making a fresh start

I have re-settled a lot. Three times within Australia with no kids, and twice overseas with kids. Our first international move was with a big corporate who paid for relocation services to help us settle in London. The most recent move was entirely done by me, and on a budget, as my hubby’s start-up was acquired by another company in The Valley.

I’m often being asked for advice about how to do a successful overseas move, and as an Airbnb host I meet a lot of people wanting to move to the Silicon Valley.

I’ve got some war stories, and great tips to make the move as stress-free as possible.

It is hard work and sometimes scary, but relocating is extremely exciting!
